Basic information C3NP wifi camera from miru365

Led indicator

  • Solid red – Camera is starting up.
  • Red flashing slowly: error connecting to wifi network.
  • Red flashing rapidly: camera exception (eg microSD card error).
  • Solid blue: the video is being viewed in the MIRU365 application.
  • Slow blinking blue: camera is working properly.
  • Blue flashing rapidly: the camera is ready to connect to the Wi-Fi network.

Get the MIRU365 app

  1. Connect your mobile phone to wifi through your 2.4 GHz network.
  2. Search for “MIRU365” in the App Store or Google PlayTM.
  3. Download and install the MIRU365 application.
  4. Launch the application and register a MIRU365 user account.

Configuration

Follow these steps to configure the camera:

  1. Turn on the camera.
  2. Login to your MIRU365 application user account.
  3. Connect the camera to the internet.
  4. Add the camera to your MIRU365 account.

How to set up the wifi camera?

1- Switched on

Steps:

  1. Connect the power adapter cable to the camera’s power port.
  2. Plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet.

1- Internet connection

Wireless connection: Connect the camera to the wifi network. See the option 1.
Wired connection: Connect the camera to a router. See the option 2.

Option 1: Use the MIRU365 application to configure the Wi-Fi network.

Steps:

    1. Log into your account with the MIRU365 app.
    2. On the home screen, press “+” in the upper right corner to enter the QR code scanning interface.
    3. Scan the QR code on the cover of the Quick Start Guide or on the camera housing.
    4. Follow the directions of the MIRU365 application wizard to finish the Wi-Fi connection setup.

Select to connect the camera to the Wi-Fi network that your mobile phone has connected to.
Press and hold the reset button for 5s to reset and restore all parameters to default values.
Press and hold the reset button for 5 s in any of the following cases:
• The camera cannot connect to your Wi-Fi network.
• You want to switch to another Wi-Fi network.

Opción 2: Connect the wifi camera to a router.

Steps:

    1. Connect the camera to the LAN port of your router using an Ethernet cable.
      The LED slowly flashing blue indicates that the camera is connected to the internet.
    2. Log into your account with the MIRU365 app.
    3. On the home screen, press “+” in the upper right corner to enter the QR code scanning interface.
    4. Scan the QR code on the cover of the Quick Start Guide or on the camera housing.
    5. Follow the directions of the wizard to add the camera to the MIRU365 application.

Installation (optional)

1- Inserting the microSD card (optional)

  1. Remove the cap from the chamber.
  2. Insert the microSD card (sold separately) into the card slot as shown in the figure below.
  3. Put the cover again.
    Once the microSD card is inserted, initialize it in the MIRU365 app before using it.
  4. In MIRU365 application, press Storage Status on the device setting interface to check the status of the SD card.
  5. If the memory card status is Uninitialized, press to initialize it.

The status will change to Normal and you can now store videos.

2- Camera installation

The camera can be mounted on the wall or on the ceiling. Here, we refer to the wall mount as an example.

  • Recommended installation height: 3 m (10 feets).
  • Make sure the wall / ceiling is strong enough to support three times the weight of the camera.
  • Avoid placing the camera in an area where the lens receives too much light directly.

– Place the drilling template on the surface chosen for mounting the camera.
– (Only for mounting on concrete walls / ceilings). Drill the screw holes according to the template and insert the three dowels.
– Use three metal screws to fix the camera according to the template.

After the base is installed, peel off the drilling template if necessary.

3- Adjust surveillance angle

– Loosen the adjusting knob.
– Adjust the surveillance angle for the best view of your camera.
– Press the set button.

Make sure the microSD card slot is facing down.
